• Please arrive 1o minutes before your treatment time to familiarise yourself with the facility and fill out consultation forms.
• Arriving late will limit your treatment time, lessening its effectiveness and your treatment pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.
• Drink plenty of water and wait an hour after meals before heat treatments.
• Bathing suits must be worn at all times while using bathhouse facility.
• Towels are available for hire or you may bring your own.
  Our Spa environment is tender, lending itself only to those 16 years and over.
• Your treatment time has been reserved especially for you; however we understand that plans change. If you do need to change or cancel your treatment reservation you are required to provide 8 hours notice, otherwise you will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
