It is
important to make reservations in advance, so that
we can best accommodate you with treatment options.
All spa facilities and treatments are available to
both men & women.
Our Spa Consultants are more than happy to help
choose the best treatment for you, additionally they
can customize treatment packages for yourself or
loved ones.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your treatment time
for introductions, to fill out consultation forms
and enjoy a complimentary beverage to relax.
Arriving late will limit your treatment time,
lessening its effectiveness and your treatment
pleasure.
We specialise in dual treatments, providing a twin
room for couples, mother + daughter, best friends.
When using the bathhouse, please wait an hour after
meals before heat treatments and remember to drink
plenty of water to stay hydrated.
Bathing suits must be worn at all times while using
bathhouse facility. Towels are available for hire or
you may bring your own (2).
Our Spa environment is tender, lending itself only
to those 16 years and over.
Whilst visiting the spa please maintain a quiet
disposition as a courtesy to others.
Out of consideration to all of our clients, a
minimum of 12 hours notice is required to cancel or
reschedule, otherwise you may incur a 25%
cancellation fee. “No Show” appointments may be
charged at full price.
Wear casual attire to the spa.. a robe, slippers, a
shower with shampoos and soap are all provided.
Jewellery & valuables should not be brought to the
spa.
Gift Vouchers are valid 6 Months from date of
purchase.
