Remedial massage stimulates the blood supply allowing toxins in the muscles to be removed, calming of peripheral nervous system to ease pain and discomfort and toning and relaxing of the muscles to improve mobility. Ideal for people with muscle tightness/pain, arthritis, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, whiplash, neck and back pain, scoliosis, headaches, sports injuries.

Hot Stone Massage - 60min $100
By placing hot stones on the body along our energy points or chakras, a healing process will occur. Hot stones relax the muscles and ‘draw out’ muscle pain and discomfort. Hot stones reconnect our path of energy to rebalance our physical body, emotional mind and spirit as one.
